This is the cleanest, most efficiently run park we have ever been too. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, the shop is very good and well-priced, the caravan was super clean. Great holiday enjoyed by all. Thank you

This was our 4th visit in 2 years and we love it, location is excellent the site excellent and the entertainment staff are fantastic, they do everything from singing and dancing to keeping the little ones happy, and they do it brilliantly and they are one of the reasons we keep coming back...the site is clean and tidy the caravans are great and very modern, we stayed in the diamond 2 with hot tub and the caravan was near to everything, the pool is fantastic, the park area is good but could do with a toddler swing lol...the views are spectacular from all areas on the site, all in all we will be back again in 2017 and looking forward to it...thank you Ladram for getting it right....

We have a VW camper van and like to find sites where we can have a great sea view from our pitch and this one certainly ticked this box. It has the best of big site amenities but it doesn't feel too big. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace overlooking the beach and the eating options with takeaway and restaurant on site plus the shop is the most comprehensively stocked I have ever found on a campsite. Our pitch was tranquil but close enough to the beautiful toilet block up on the touring area. Will definitely be going back; one of our favourite sites in England and very reasonably priced too!

We came for a holiday with you after reading TripAdvisor reviews as I always do before booking. The things people said about Ladram Bay just confirmed what a lovely place you have. Our stay with you was fantastic we travel all over the country and Holiday down south every 2 years. Always in a different place each time we holiday. We have stayed in some very nice places but nothing compares to you. Roll on for our next visit to you as there is no way we will be going anywhere else. Our only regret about our holiday was the fact that it was just one week. So next time we two weeks are in order! Absolutely stunning views the setting is perfect. When we arrived on site the welcome we received made us feel like we where at home. The accommodation was spotless couldn't fault it. Your staff are very passionate about there jobs and it shows nothing was too much trouble a real credit to you. Food in the Restaurant was amazing and the take away/ Fish and chips. Friends for work have already booked with you for next year upon my recommendation. I feel that I must give a big shout out to Geff on the gate house a proper gentleman and miss our little chats with him already. Not just words but from our heart's thanks for the best holiday we have had to date. Can't wait to see you all again

Just returned home from a great week away down in Ladram Bay. Fantastic site... When you arrived there is man on the gate to greet you and wish you a great stay (plus a nice security aspect) The park is spotlessly clean from the outside space, clubhouse to the arcades. Beach/cove is spotless, such an amazing setting. It's pebbled but that doesn't put you off going down there for a walk along the sea, rock pools to attempt a spot of crabbing. We stayed in a Ladram Gold over looking the sea.... perfect spot! 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets one with a shower. Beds made up on arrival. Fully equipped kitchen, great size fridge freezer, gas oven and hop. Microwave, pots and pans, etc. everything you should need for a self catered holiday home. Everything was spotless... very clean accommodation. We walked into the nearby village (Otterton) where the holiday site is located. 40 mins stroll along the fields. We had afternoon tea in the Otterton Mill definitely, worth a visit. We only eat once in the site restaurant, very nice breakfast for the journey home. Would definitely recommend this site to friends and family. Definitely return for another season.

Upon arrival of this beautifully kept site, we were greeted by the lovely, smiley, efficient staff at reception. They gave us first impressions of the site and we were hoping the standard would continue throughout our holiday, and it did! Our caravan was beautiful!! Spotlessly clean. Fresh, crisp, white linen. Sparkling bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen that had every piece of cutlery, crockery, cooking utensil anyone would need and a lovely sea view. It's clear that the cleaners work tirelessly and don't get the recognition they deserve! You guys sure did make our holiday. Someone did pop by our caravan on the second day to see if everything was ok, but we were out exploring and missed your visit but the card you left on our dining table was a lovely touch, knowing you were at hand if we did need anything. Great customer service and care given by you. The entertainment was fab! I didn't see one child without a smile on their face in the clubhouse...you guys rock! We made use of your beautiful, again spotlessly clean and warm swimming pool. The life guards were very alert and also work tirelessly to ensure EVERYONE was safe and the changing rooms were in good, clean order. Your beautifully stocked shop has everything you need, literally everything and more at reasonable prices. No shortages of the common food stuffs like bread and milk. All stocked freshly every day. Again, we were served by happy, helpful, smiley staff. The fish and chip shop was excellent, fairly priced and good quality with more smiley faces to serve us. Brilliant adventure playground for the kids, kept my daughter entertained for hours. Lovely clean grass area and the equipment was in excellent, kept order. A beautiful stroll down to the pebbly beach where we met a fisherman baiting up his lobster pots, was an added bonus. Over all, an amazing week here at ladram bay, the cleanest site we have ever been to, not a fag butt in site! Will definitely be returning again. We visited a couple of attractions outside of the park, Escot wild wood and country life park. In all honesty, we could have quite easily stayed on the park all week as there was so much to see and do for the kids. Thank you so much for a wonderful week. Even though it was the last week of the season for you all, you presented yourselves like it was the first week. You are all a huge credit to the site, keep up the good work and continue to be part of making many happy memories for everyone.

This is our 5th year running, loved the new improvements. Have recommended to friends and family, brought family down this time and once before. Friends came with us last year, and are coming down with their in-laws in August. The kids always have a great time, although 7 nights never long enough, and they always get upset when we have to leave. Thank you for making our once a year holiday fantastic.
