Kents Cavern

Kents Cavern is Britain’s most important prehistoric cave systems it is an extensive labyrinth of spectacular and easily accessible natural caverns, amazing formations, remains of mammoth, woolly rhino, sabre toothed cats, an Ice Age woodland trail quest It is notable for its archaeological and geological features. The caves are open every day except Christmas Day and has been a geological Site of Special Scientific Interest since 1952.
