A family-run holiday park in Devon with breathtaking countryside views of Dartmoor and the River Exe. Only a few miles outside the city of Exeter.

Close to the renowned beauty spot of Woodbury Common – some three thousand acres of unspoilt, open heathland.

For the beach-lovers there is Exmouth beach with two miles of golden sands, along with many rock pools to explore. For the more active, the area offers golf, walking, fishing, sailing, cycling and windsurfing – otherwise just relax and enjoy the beautiful countryside.

Last minute booking, so glad we did. We stayed on a non electric pitch in the field, with donkeys and goats. We could choose where to park and had plenty of space. So peaceful and relaxing. The campsite was immaculate, toilets and showers were very clean and hot. Staff very helpful and polite. Will definately be returning.

Really lovely campsite. Great facilities, plenty of showers and toilets which are kept clean. We were camping in the non electric field which had donkeys and goats which the children really liked. Something I particularly liked is there aren’t set “pitches” in that field so you have plenty of space and can pitch wherever you like. Staff were really friendly and information sheet on arrival was a nice touch. Along with the site map it gave handy local information such as local pubs, takeaways, hospital and minor injuries centres, dentist and veterinary surgery details. There is a playground for the kids and Guinea pigs to see. Lovely laid back campsite.

We first visited here at the beginning of July, the caravan (11) was spotless as was the site. Rufus (Labrador) was suitably impressed with the dog walk, fenced, neatly mowed grass and freedom to roam around, probably the best dog walk of any site we have been to and of course there are the goats & donkeys. The views are excellent and site quiet. So having returned home spoke to son about site resulting in me booking 2 caravans (7 & 8) for ourselves and son and his children for beginning of August. Same comments apply as before and additionally grandchildren more than happy with the play area. The evening sunsets this particular week were spectacular. The staff are very good, 2 small issues with caravan which Martin fixed quickly. We also liked that fact that the caravans had full combo boilers – plenty of hot water and full central heating + a gas fire not that we needed it in August. This site is an amazing find and we will be back again.
