Camping pods are a great way to experience camping with a hint of luxury and a little more comfort. While many of our camping friends love a tent, some of you may prefer somewhere you don’t need to pitch yourself! With a glamping or camping pod, you will experience all the benefits of camping in luxury such as plug sockets, lighting throughout, a lockable door and full weather protection.
Many of the pod pitches are spacious and cleverly landscaped to provide a sense of privacy and open green space for you to enjoy, right outside your door. Our top tip would be to check with the individual park as to what you need to take with you. In general it would be wise to treat it is as a camping experience, so you’ll need to bring some essentials.
As the pods are all a little different, we thought we’d provide you with a photo of summary of what you can expect from a camping/glamping pod at a Best of British holiday park! Glamping holidays are a great option if you’re looking for a UK staycation this year.
