1. Oakdown Holiday Park, Devon
With 50 touring pitches, this is a mid sized family owned holiday park. The Franks family will be ready and waiting to welcome you to the park they have owned for almost 50 years! The pitches are landscaped into groves to provide privacy. Oakdown champions sustainable business practices and you will be part of their desire to provide eco friendly holidays.
2. Lamb Cottage, Cheshire
This adult only holiday park is situated in 7.5 acres of meticulously landscaped lawns and grounds. Lamb Cottage is open all year, you have the option of holidaying here in the different seasons and there is much to explore.
The ultra modern, centrally heated amenity building incorporates luxury ‘en-suite’ style shower rooms (with shower, toilet and washbasin in each) and additional separate toilets and hand basins all fitted to an exceptionally high standard to suit the most discerning guests.
3. Highlands End, Dorset
Boasting incredible views of the Jurassic Coastline, Highlands End Holiday Park is great for family holidays for all the generations. There is something for everyone, and with 140 touring pitches you’ll have a choice of spots to pitch up on. As you can see, motorhomes are welcome! Be sure to choose a spot that offers these stunning views from the clifftops.
There are excellent facilities for touring, motorhomes and tents, and a choice of hard-base, gravel or grass pitches, many with incredible views. Dogs are welcome and there is a dog exercising meadow and doggy shower. There are 2 shower blocks, a laundry room, indoor and outdoor washing up sinks, a caravan service point, chemical disposal, free hairdryers and more.

4. Ross Park, Devon
Ross Park is an award winning, family run park, which provides a superb range of facilities whilst retaining a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and service with a personal touch. The park is meticulously maintained, with floral displays and a conservation area, in which you can appreciate amazing views of Dartmoor. Facilities include a centrally-heated amenities block with disabled facilities, a bar and restaurant, dog exercising areas, tropical conservatory, conservation areas, outdoor and undercover play areas, snooker room, tourist information, shop, launderette, and dishwashing room with freezer.
Pitches are hardstanding with 16 amp electric hook-up and water hook-up and many have waste-water hook-up as well. Motorhomes are welcome and there are a variety of pitches available to suit your needs.
5. Trevalgan Touring Park, Cornwall
Trevalgan Touring Park is based in St Ives, on the north coast of Cornwall. With the sea in sight of your pitch, you’ll be perfectly placed to visit the beach, the town and surrounding tourist hot spots like St Michael’s Mount. Trevalgan won the Cornwall Tourism Gold Award for Camping and Caravan Park of the year 2021/22, so you know you’ll be in safe hands. In fact, they also won Silver at the South West Tourism Awards too! They open for the 2024 season on 1st May 2024.
While you’ll be carrying everything you need on board, we’re sure you’ll be interested in the luxury facilities on site. The toilets and showers benefit from underfloor heating, hairdryers, electrical points and mirrored vanity units. A fully accessible disabled shower room is also available.
There are 135 touring pitches available, with stunning coastal and countryside views, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The park, which is owned and run by Neil and Annette Osborne, is surrounded by open farmland, with gorse and heather covered hills behind, and is within walking distance of the rugged and beautiful South West Coast Path. You’ll be guaranteed a warm welcome by the friendly team who are on hand to offer you help and suggestions of places to explore.
6. Poston Mill Park, Herefordshire
Poston Mill Park in Hereford is an award winning park which boasts 35 acres, and 59 touring pitches. It’s perfect for those of you who like a smaller park, it is open all year for motorhomes. The superb heated facilities with private wash cubicles, laundry and dishwashing room provide you with everything you need for your break. You can take your dog for a run in the field or river followed by a wash and dry in the dog wash.
There are plenty of activities if you’re looking for an active motorhome holiday. The local walks take in the idyllic scenery and the Poston Mill Park team will be pleased to advise you of walks for those who prefer a steady pace, and those looking for more energetic routes.
7. Old Oaks Touring and Glamping Park, Somerset
Old Oaks is situated in the vibrant town of Glastonbury in Somerset. It is an adult only park, ensuring peace and tranquility during your stay. The pitches are spacious and there are a variety of options on offer, including extra large pitches. The clever landscaping provides a sense of privacy and you’ll love the wide open green spaces. The wealth of trees and mature hedgerows means that birds and other wildlife are in abundance at Old Oaks and you can even borrow a bird feeder for free, so that you can watch everything up close.
Old Oaks is well known for it’s luxurious facilities, one of the amenities blocks has been compared to a 5 star hotel! We’ll leave you to decide (but we definitely agree!)…
8. Bath Chew Valley Caravan Park, Somerset
Bath Chew Valley Caravan Park is an adult only peaceful park in Somerset, with 45 touring pitches. It is based on a garden theme, with pitches set among lawns, shrubs and flower beds. All pitches have electric hook-ups, and the toilets and showers have been refurbished to a very high standard, in the style of individual ‘en suite’ units and are heated in the winter. There is a utility room with dish-washing, laundry and ironing facilities.
The park is within 800 metres of a championship flyfishing lake, the surrounding country park is a haven for bird-watchers and walkers. The park is close to Bath with its historic spa and shops, Bristol and Weston-super-Mare are within easy reach and the park is an excellent base for exploring the Mendip Hills and West Country attractions.
9. Donkey Creek Farm, Lancashire
Donkey Creek Farm is situated in Lancashire and it’s one of our smaller parks. The still-fairly-new toilet block has 8 shower areas, disabled facilities and a family area with a bath. CCTV and security barriers ensure your motorhome is safe and sound on site. The pitches are super pitches which includes fully serviced with grey waste, 16 amp electric hook ups and drinking water.
Donkey Creek Farm Caravan Park is owned and run by a family who have been in the caravan and park home industry for over 60 years.
10. Blair Castle Caravan Park, Scotland
There are few spots as picturesque as Blair Castle Caravan Park, located in the shadow of the historic Blair Castle in the village of Blair Atholl. The park is surrounded by the impressive landscapes of the Cairngorms National Park, which offers incredible mountain scenery combined with superb facilities along with plenty of local amenities.
The holiday park centres around 9 acres of green open space, a play area and putting green, suitable for family games and a safe place for children to play. The park is also home to segway tours around the surrounding estate. Blair Castle Caravan Park was awarded AA Campsite of the Year 2017, an accolade they are enormously proud of. For keen walkers and cyclists, there is a 50 mile network of off-road trails which can be accessed directly from the park. In addition there are opportunities to go fishing, pony trekking or on a Land Rover Safari into the hills.
As you can see, the pitches are spacious and can accommodate motorhomes of various sizes.
