AWARD WIN NEWS for Old Oaks in Glastonbury – Visit England ROSE Award

We are delighted to share the news that the team at Old Oaks triumphed at the recent Visit England ROSE (Recognition of Service Excellence) Awards.

Old Oaks is one of only 4 holiday parks/campsites in England to receive this accolade. The Visit England award is given annually to just 100 quality-assessed accommodation businesses across all schemes and is in recognition of hosts that go above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. Nominations for the award are based on a range of feedback, including your annual Visit England quality assessment, the observations of your assessor, customer feedback direct to Visit England and online customer reviews. The final judging panel also look for innovation that sets winners apart.

Old Oaks is most definitely a team effort and so we’d like acknowledge everyone at the park who provides you with memorable holidays – and don’t they look pleased?!
