Polmanter Touring Park WINS Gold in Visit England Awards for Excellence

We are delighted to hear that our friends, the team at Polmanter Touring Park in St Ives have yet again won an award acknowledging their quality offering, 5 star service and facilities. The park has just been named the best in England, winning Gold in the Camping, Glamping and Holiday Park of the Year category at the 2025 Visit England Awards for Excellence.

The family-run Cornish park received the prestigious award at a ceremony in Brighton on 4^th June, in recognition of its commitment to quality, guest experience, and ongoing investment in its facilities. Established over 50 years ago, Polmanter is known for its five-star facilities and welcoming atmosphere. Set just outside St Ives, the park offers spacious camping and touring pitches alongside luxury self-catering accommodation. Guests enjoy access to a heated outdoor pool, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor play areas, dog-friendly facilities, and the on-site Stable Bar and Restaurant.

Regular guests will know that the team are always looking for ways to make your stay even better, and this year they have made WiFi free across the park, added more electric pitches, have upgraded the showers with motion activated shower sensors and have they have installed new machines with cashless payment in the laundry room for extra convenience.

Polmanter secured its place in the national finals after winning Gold at the Cornwall Tourism Awards in 2024. It was one of just three finalists in its category, selected from over 1,800 entries across 21 regional competitions.
