Hubby and I went to Wooda on holiday with my sister and her hubby. We love Wooda as the Colwill family have the correct way of how to run a great site. The site is always clean and hedges are trimmed. We have been here a few times over the years and will certainly return. There is a great take away on site where Tim cooks fabulous fish n chips. Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the lovely lady working with him. But then all staff at Wooda are as their t shirts say TEAM WOODA well done all and see you again one day.

What a place to stay, no regrets whatsoever. We camped in the large field at the back, the upper meadow. Really easy to book online and received emails with information that helped with checking in process and information about the whole park. Signs around the roads to guide you where you need to go. Really clean park and lots to do if you want to stay in for the day. Great little walk round the woods, we booked archery which was fun and the instructors were really good and spot all the little thing we were not doing quite right to help us and you get loads of goes. Kids loved the parks playing with all the other kids. Shower block clean and has every thing you need, some shower cubicles larger than others so look around. Wash station for washing up. Laundry with dryers and iron and a big freezer for ice blocks, we had three sets that we rotated. The bar was nice and not always really busy but always a good atmosphere, and friendly staff. We ordered chips from the takeaway and they were really good. We had a stop off in the new coffee shop but be aware although they sell gluten free cake the staff don't know about cross contamination and they use all the same utensils so the cake is not gluten free. The shop on site is good enough for most things you would need. Kids loved going to buy their sweets with nice cheap options.

Just on our way home from the most chilled out weekend we have had in a long time. Beautiful sea view, beautiful lodge, our girls loved the fairy walk, farm animals and well looked after park. Grounds very well cared for (grass cutting looked tidy) , reception welcoming & helpful and cleaning team do a great job our lodge was spotless. Great to get the kids away from the iPads !!! In all I can’t wait to come back again to get away from it all. Thanks x
