For those feeling a little adventurous there are plenty of opportunities to try one of the onsite activities. Thrill seekers can try the high ropes course where they can swing through the air and clamber over obstacles. Or, for a more relaxed afternoon why not try your hand at kayaking or paddle boarding! 

If you don’t want to get wet, why not make the most of the beautiful surroundings and simply go for a dog walk around the outskirts of the lake. Children can explore the woodlands and build dens in the trees or search the grounds for wildlife, bugs and birds. 

After a busy day there is also a cafe to sample, which serves up light lunches, tea and cake.
