Trevalgan is an award-winning, luxury, five-star, family camping and touring park with stunning coastal and countryside views, in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, just two miles from St Ives. The Park, which is owned and run by Neil and Annette Osborne, is surrounded by open farmland, with gorse and heather-covered hills behind, and is within walking distance of the rugged and beautiful South West Coast Path. We love where we live, put sustainability at the forefront of all we do, and look forward to sharing this beautiful place, that we call home, with you.
You’ll be guaranteed a warm welcome by our friendly team who are on hand to offer you help and suggestions of places to explore whilst you and your family are visiting us. Our spacious pitches allow you room to relax and enjoy your holiday in Cornwall.
Facilities at Trevalgan Touring Park
We have luxury washrooms for you to use. Our toilets and showers have the following great features:
- underfloor heating
- family shower rooms
- Two half-size children’s baths, complete with shower hoses
- electrical points for your own hairdryers, straighteners, razors and toothbrushes
- fabulous mirrored vanity areas
There are also unisex/family washrooms which allow you to adjust the temperature and water pressure. We also have a fully equipped ‘accessible’ disabled shower room.
Our superb children’s play area will keep your little ones occupied for hours. It is a dog-free area and has been designed with lots of fun (and safety) in mind. The fantastic bespoke pirate ship was installed in 2016. It’s a great place to test children’s climbing, swinging and balancing skills as they join in with a game of pirates and set sail on the high seas!
In our well-stocked shop guests will find a great range of delicious, award-winning, local produce as well as more basic groceries and camping supplies. We bake fresh baguettes and pastries each morning! Guests can also enjoy a cup of freshly ground coffee, tea or a delicious hot chocolate.

MagiccharlieThis is the fourth time I’ve stayed here, Twice this year in July with my girlfriend and Sep with my mother. Great location, excellent cleanliness and lovely grounds. Staff are friendly and helpful. Some people complain on here that the site is kept too quiet on an evening but for us this is a definite positive and made for some v relaxing times. Great place for viewing stars on a clear night, lovely walk along the coast to St Ives and perfect to pick up the Open Top Bus (10 min walk) to Lands End, Penzance and St Michaels Mount. Very easy to explore Cornwall by train as well from St Ives, we visited St Austell and Fowey this trip. The bus to St Ives is great and was perfect in July with frequency but later season when I returned in Sep it tapers off and I wish they could be persuaded to run a couple more services as the taxi service can be v busy. All in all a fantastic stay and we would highly recommend it.
HelenS88Really enjoyed our stay at Trevalgan, it’s the best site we have stayed at. Pitches are large and hedges provide privacy. Facilities are modern, plentiful and always clean. Bus to and from St Ives was really helpful as it’s a good walk back from town. Would recommend the South West Coast path to St Ives from the site, it’s stunning. Felt like we were left to enjoy our holiday in peace but staff were always visible and there if needed. Good value for money too compared to some other sites we’ve visited which are not a patch on Trevalgan.
NRog86This is our third visit to this site and we’ll keep on coming back. Pros. Massive pitches. Privacy between each one with the hedges. Pretty much all levelled throughout the site. Facilities. Spotless. And plentiful. Never a queue for the showers / toilets and always throughly cleaned. Nice touch with the game room too. Location. Can walk into the town - not a short walk but a beautiful one along the coast. Bus service is brilliant too and a big plus. Staff. Always very friendly and happy to help. Seen a few reviews mentioning the “night wardens”, we’ve never noticed this, probably because we’ve been respectful during quiet times and therefore not drawn their attention! Cons. Doesn’t matter how long you stay here, it’s never enough :)
Billy6568Great site with really good facilities, quiet, super clean and well maintained. Staff couldn't be friendlier and more helpful. Good location with buses in and out of St Ives and on the Cornish Coaster route so no need to drive once you're settled in.
