Located in pretty Dorset countryside, South Lytchett Manor is an ideal base for exploring outstanding local beauty spots, places of historic interest and a wide variety of nearby family attractions.

Superbly maintained and continually improved, South Lytchett Manor has long been a firm favourite with caravanners and campers alike, many of who return year after year to enjoy the friendly and relaxed atmosphere on this family-run campsite. It is also known as one of the best dog-friendly campsites in Dorset.

The holiday park is known for its clean and modern facilities, achieving the Diamond Loo of the Year accolade four years in a row. Great examples are the new shower rooms, luxurious, heated yet sustainable amenities of the highest standard. The site also offers a wide range of walks through manicured parkland, a two and a half acre mown lead dog walking field with access to the village pub. We also have new dog washing facilities to give your four legged friends a clean after a muddy adventure.

There’s even a regular bus service which stops right outside the park gates. This is particularly useful for our motorhome guests who can leave their vehicle on site and hop straight on public transport to explore the local area. Even the buses are dog friendly too!

Don’t forget to visit our café and bakery onsite, serving fresh baked goods in the morning, with barista level coffee, tea and yummy homemade cakes. Food vans are also a regular fixture in high season, with fish and chips,tasty Thai and Funky Fries being among the offerings.

Our seasonal bar The Manor’s Tap will open 22nd May till 30th September, from 4pm to 8pm daily.  The bar will serve a selection of cocktails. wines, beers and soft drinks. Join us for a sundowner from 4pm to 5pm.
