Spring is always an incredibly busy time of year and it is at this time that our parks are typically welcoming the new season of visitors. However, with the parks quiet at the moment, they've been able to share some photos of their new arrivals of the non-human variety. Here's a selection of baby animals from the Best of British holiday parks to brighten your day!

Woodlands Grove Caravan and Camping Park, Devon

Set in the beautiful South Devon countryside, Woodlands Grove is a 5 AA Gold awarded Devon campsite. Not only is the site well worth a visit, a bonus to your stay is free entry to Woodlands Family Theme Park, the largest family theme park in the South West. It includes a zoo-farm which is where we've sourced these beautiful images from.

Stowford Farm Meadows, Devon

The goats have taken over at Stowford Farm Meadows! This mini heard includes 5 baby goats that were born at Stowford this spring. Petorama is their undercover mini zoo where you can get close to the animals. In addition to goats there are rabbits, calves, pigs, geese, guinea pigs, hamsters, degus, ferrets and gerbils. They certainly seem to be a happy bunch!

Trawsdir Caravan & Camping Park, Snowdonia

Trawsdir's loyal visitors may not have been able to see lambing in person this year, but the park has kept us up to date on progress. Here's one of the lambs enjoying the Welsh countryside with mum. The lambing shed is usually available to visitors but this year it has been particularly quiet thus far! The weather has been great and the lambs and ewes have been going out to the fields each day. If you've never been to Snowdonia, Trawsdir is perfectly located for you to explore the area.

Blair Castle Caravan Park, Perthshire

Blair Castle Caravan Park is located in the shadow of the historic Blair Castle, in the village of Blair Atholl. Surrounded by the impressive landscapes of the Cairngorms National Park, the park offers spectacular mountain scenery. Nature lovers will love the resident Highland cows, ducks and native red squirrels which are often seen scurrying around the campsite. During the calving and lambing season, the team at Blair Castle shared one of their first new residents on the estate this Spring. We're sure this calf has been keeping the team busy in the absence of their regular visitors!

South Lytchett Manor Caravan and Camping Park, Dorset

South Lytchett Manor have sent us this photo of a mother duck and her ducklings serenely traversing the lake. Set in over 20 acres of tranquil parkland, South Lytchett Manor was the AA's Campsite of the Year 2016 and has also been named Best Site in Britain for Caravanning and Motorhomes for both 2017 and 2018. If there was an award for 'Best Home for Ducks and Ducklings', we think South Lytchett Manor would have won that too!

All the Best of British holiday parks look forward to welcoming visitors back when Government advice permits them to do so.
