The South Lytchett Manor inspection report earned an impressive five pennants and a 96% approval rating. It also made particular mention of some of the site’s recent improvements including:
A spokesperson for the AA said, "South Lytchett continues to get better each year and has now become one of that very select group of top parks in the country, which has achieved this very high quality percentage. It is very much a family-run park and David, Joanne, and Matthew Bridgen and their dedicated team, have developed the park to its current superb standard and all facilities are well thought out and are modern and spotlessly clean. "
"Pitches are spacious and varied and many are fully serviced. Their ethos is very much ‘customer is king’ and everyone connected with the park goes out of their way to ensure their guests are looked after from arrival to departure, nothing is too much trouble. This very high level of customer care really sets South Lytchett Manor apart and many of their guests return time after time because of it."
Joanne Bridgen commented, "We’re absolutely delighted. Many thanks to the AA for this accolade and as always, heartfelt thanks to our guests, who have supported us through the last few years and helped us turn South Lytchett Manor into such a success."
