Terms & Conditions

• To qualify for this offer, a valid promotional code must be entered when booking online or quoted
when making a booking by telephone. No refunds can be processed, or free nights redeemed, once
the remaining balance for your booking has been paid.
• The offer is valid for stays between 27th September 2026 and 24th March 2027. To qualify, at least
three nights of the stay must fall within the promotional period. Any nights outside the promotional
period will be charged at the standard rate and will not count towards the offer.
• The offer is limited to one free night per stay and may only be redeemed once per booking.
• The offer applies to touring pitch bookings only and excludes seasonal pitches and self-catering
accommodation.
• The offer cannot be redeemed on consecutive bookings at the same park. A minimum period of 24
hours must exist between bookings for the offer to be applied to both stays.
• The free night applies to the lowest-value pitch fee within the qualifying stay. Extras, including
additional cars, trailers, visitors, and any additional adults or children not staying for the full duration
of the booking, are excluded from the offer and remain chargeable.
• Morris Leisure is not responsible for promotional discounts that are not applied due to customer
error when entering the promotional code during booking.
• The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, voucher, discount, or
special rate, except valid Caravan and Motorhome Club and Camping and Caravanning Club member
discounts.
• Loyalty stamps will be awarded only for nights paid in full. No loyalty stamp will be awarded for the
free promotional night.
• The offer cannot be applied to bookings of fewer than three nights and will be removed if a
qualifying booking is amended or shortened to fewer than three nights, regardless of whether the
amendment is made by the guest or Morris Leisure.
• If a booking is amended after the promotion has been applied, Morris Leisure reserves the right to
recalculate, amend, or remove the promotional discount if the revised booking no longer meets the
qualifying criteria.
• The offer can be applied to existing bookings by contacting the park. However, no refunds will be
provided once the remaining balance payment has been made or the total remaining balance equals
less than the total discount.
• The offer is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for any alternative benefit.
• Morris Leisure reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time. Any
qualifying bookings confirmed prior to the withdrawal of the promotion will remain eligible under the
terms applicable at the time of booking.
• The offer is subject to availability and park closure dates.
• By redeeming this offer, guests agree to these Terms & Conditions and the standard Morris Leisure
