Charles PWe’ve just returned from a week at Ord and can’t praise it enough for the quality and cleanliness of the facilities. The toilet block is probably the best and cleanest we’ve encountered since we started caravanning many years ago.
Suzanne1308We have thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay on this site. Very little if anything at all that we could fault about the site. The toilet blocks were like something from a high end club, not at all the usual caravan site standards. They were always spotless. Although my boys are older, I think the family room is a great asset for people with younger/multiple children. Check in was quick and efficient. We were shown to our pitch and all amenities was pointed out to us. Bins and recycling facilities were more than adequate. The water/grey water and chemical toilet area was also spot on. We ate once in the restaurant, Sunday carvery, it was nice. Hubby and the kids enjoyed playing pool in the evening. There was a good swing park and crazy golf onsite although we didn't make use as weather wasn't great. The site was so so quiet, especially with tourers. I do wonder why as there is absolutely no reason why people shouldn't be using this site. We will definitely be back and will recommend (I have already sent pictures of the toilet block to caravaning friends)
NorthernHolidayMakerArrived at 1pm, receptionist pleasant £29 with hook up. Pitch large and flat, site nice and very clean. Toilets and showers warm and very clean. Lovely walk the site, which mainly caters for static caravans. Ord House bar and grill, very nice indeed, staff friendly and welcoming. Food very nice and worth the money albeit a little pricey. Would we visit again.. Yes we would!
