Strathspey Railway

The Strathspey Railway with the help of 10 generous volunteers was brought back to life in 1978, offering a fantastic experience of what the railway once was. Sit back and relax as the railway gently glides through beautiful Scotland nature surrounding. There’s also lunch and afternoon tea that can be enjoyed during the journey with authentic Highland Whisky tasting.  

The train journey takes you through 3 stations, starting at Aviemore with a pit stop at Boat of Garden and arriving at Broomhill. All of which offer different views and many photo opportunities. Be sure to take your camera!
