Cambridge University Botanic Garden

Cambridge, Cambridgeshire

The garden was created for the University of Cambridge in 1831 and is home to around 8,000 plant species. It was also designed to help aid science plant research and teaching.

Events such as “Sounds Green” are hosted throughout the year, where you can enjoy live music, food and drink.

Adult courses and workshops are also available to take part in. Some of these include Plant Identification & Science, Creative & Wellbeing and Photography. An ideal activity for anyone with a keen interest in botany.
