The Camel Trails follows a disused railway line and runs between the towns of Wendfordbridge and Padstow. The 18-mile surfaced trail can be split into smaller sections and is great for younger, more inexperienced members of the family because the majority of the route is flat and traffic free. As you cycle through the Cornish countryside you can take in fantastic views over the Camel Estuary and the beaches of Rock and Daymer Bay. You might also be fortunate enough to spot some exciting bird life as well as a number of heritage sites. If you’re feeling adventurous, experienced cyclists can take one of the tracks of the main trail for a more challenging ride.
