Beverley Holidays’ very own Head Of Entertainment Drew Baker has raised countless smiles among holiday park guests this season owing to his exceptional customer service skills.
And last week he raised a trophy too when Drew was announced a Gold award winner in the Unsung Hero For Customer Service category of the Devon Tourism Awards 2016.
Beverley’s customer service superstar overcame tough competition from 75 other finalists from across the region who went head to head at the glittering awards ceremony in Exeter.
Speaking after his award success, Drew said: “I am absolutely thrilled to have won gold in the customer service category - an area that I am hugely passionate about and which is at the heart of everything we do at Beverley Holidays.
“Both myself and all members of the Beverley team pride ourselves on providing our guests with first-class customer service, and it’s our one big happy family feel that sees them arrive as guests but leave as friends. “
Drew’s gold award follows hot on the heels of his recent success at the Herald Express English Riviera & South Devon Tourism & Hospitality Awards 2016 for which he won silver.
Drew was nominated for both awards by members of the Beverley Holidays Team owing to his unwavering dedication to giving holiday park guests memories that last a lifetime.
Chairman of the Devon Tourism Awards Panel, David Fursdon, said: “I know how important the tourist industry is to Devon.
