Cherry Tree is ideal for caravan holidays. We’re a friendly holiday park for touring caravans, motorhome holidays and trailer tents on the Lincolnshire coast just a few minutes from the sea and sandy beaches and only a 30 minute walk from the town of Sutton On Sea.  (Sorry no tents).

Our ‘exclusively for adults only’ status means you can always be assured of spotlessly clean facilities and a stress free environment. Our award winning facilities offer privacy washrooms and free showers. We also provide a self contained suite for the disabled (RADAR key required).

Spread over 3.25 acres Cherry Tree has been beautifully designed to create well-spaced touring pitches, all hardstanding, with electrical hook-up facilities and an area for awnings. We also have fully serviced pitches with drinking water and waster water drainage in addition. Seasonal pitches on grass are also available.

On-site facilities include Calor Gas, WIFI, laundry and indoor dishwashing and hand washing sinks. Newspapers are delivered to the park during the season.

We welcome quiet well behaved dogs (maximum 2 dogs per pitch). We have a small wooded exercise area for pets and for longer walks, a footpath to the beach from the park takes approx 15 mins.

In and around the area there are a wide range of activities for you to enjoy and a selection of tourist information leaflets are on display in our information cabin.

Sutton On Sea itself provides all that a holidaymaker will need, the beach is safe for bathing, and there are a variety of independent shops, post offices, tea rooms, cafes and restaurants and a beautiful promenade with beach chalets.

Leisure facilities include bowling, tennis and horse riding. Why not bring your bike and cycle along the prom and many other great cycle routes?

The surrounding area of open countryside with huge skies, whether it be the Wolds or Fens also has many interesting places to visit.
