Dolbeare Park

Dolbeare Park, Landrake, Saltash, Cornwall, PL12 5AF

Dolbeare Park in Cornwall is a multi-award winning park that is open all year. The park is situated in beautiful countryside providing a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere - advantageously positioned just one mile from the A38.

One of the most perfect times to visit Cornwall is in the autumn.  The autumn leaves are colourful, starlit skies are amazing, empty beaches are stunning and if you are lucky, there are many places that you might find the new series of Poldark being filmed!

Dolbeare Park is perfectly located near the South East Cornwall/Devon border. Exploring just couldn’t be easier! Historic Plymouth with the delightful Barbican, Hoe and Waterfront, the forgotten corner of the Rame Peninsula with its superb beaches at Whitsand Bay, the Tamar Valley with Looe and Polperro, just a short drive away.

There are many lovely NT properties nearby to enjoy that include Cotehele, Antony, Saltram House and the delightful Lanhydrock.  The gardens are all fabulous and at Lanhydrock they also have a new off road cycling track to enjoy.

If you love fun and serious adventure, then south east Cornwall is renowned for it, from zip wires to canyoning, canoeing to tree jumping and some serious off-road cycling for the beginner and the advanced cyclist, you would be surprised what else this beautiful area has in store apart from it's great beaches.

During the off peak months, we do less in terms of food on the park, saying that we have a licenced shop if you fancy trying local beer or cider, fresh bread/croissants and fresh bean coffee are all available.  If there is sufficient demand, we may also make pizza's to order and fish & chips.

We have a children’s adventure play area, nature trail, heated amenity block, hardstanding pitches and we welcome well behaved dogs and have a small dog walk on site, with miles of dog walking off site.  All the beaches near to here, except Looe, are all dog friendly all year.  Seaton also has a lovely cafe on the beach and its open all year except Christmas Day!

We do have some excellent adult off peak offers available. You can enjoy a week in October for just £84 including electric (max 2 weeks) and our very popular Winter Evergreen Offer of just £56 per week excluding electric (electric is all metered and you just pay for what you use) is one of the most sustainable ways of enjoying winter touring. They are subject to availability and some conditions apply.  They are also very popular, so book early to avoid disappointment.
