We went to this great camping site 3 times last year and have just returned from the first trip this year .We have a 4x5 m tent that requires electric hook up , the pitch allocated to us was more than big enough with plenty of room for tables chairs outside the tent even with the car parked next to us , The central part of the park is grass electric hookup catering for tents/motorhomes/caravans , on one side (sperated by tall hedging ) is some 15-20 static caravans for hire/sale/privately owned ,On the other ( again behind tall hedging ) is hardstanding/grass electric pitches , far side of the park is given over to some all weather all service pitches and then some grass tent non service pitches facilities inculde , seperate football field with swings and climbing frames beside and some smaller "toys" for the younger guest , a games room is also found here ( table tennis/pool/arcade games) toilets are immaculate , heated floors , lovely big free showers ,hairdryers, there is also a laundry room and a campers kitchen ( freezer/fridge/microwave/veg prep and sinks to wash up in ) reception is across a road ( very small lane - dead end upto a farm only -so no traffic at all) by reception is another field for adults only , this looks to be 100% electric hook up , behind this is a very nice field for walking your dogs , reception boasts basics in both food and equipment , there is a large tescos and asda not 5 minutes drive and numerous shops within 10 located at ashford overall we find this park beautiful , the facilities faultless and the staff are hardworking and very very cheerfull , they geniunely want you to have a nice break and will do anything they can to help you , be it information/advice/order your papers for you or just a chat ! I have introduced this park to several people and they all agree with me that its a real gem .Anyone visiting will have a lovely relaxing/quiet/peaceful break i guarantee .thanks to all the staff for the great breaks we have had and look forward to seeing you soon - this weekend actually !
