Positioned in pleasant undulating countryside, we are ideally placed to cover an arc embracing the long sandy beaches and nature reserves of the North and West Norfolk coasts, the Royal home of Sandringham, the unique Lavender Farm at Heacham and the beautiful Cathedral City of Norwich.

There are numerous local attractions which cover most tastes, pockets and abilities. We are an ideal stop off point on the Hull-Harwich cycle route too; and nearby for The Pensthorpe Bird Reserve, Fakenham Races, Thursford Organ/Steam Collection, Walsingham Shrines, National Trust properties of Felbrigg & Blickling and many others.

Take A148 Cromer Road from Fakenham.
After 6 miles (approx) fork right on to B1354 signed Melton Constable
In 200 yards turn right - signpost Barney
1/3 mile take first left - Little Barney Lane
Park at end of lane - 3/4 mile (approx).
